would need to resort to using the vehicle to get around,
park it at a location that is a little further away from the
place you are destined to go. That factor alone is usually a
contributor to significant amount of weight
loss.
Step 7 -
Keep out of the kitchen after 6pm.
Your body needs to digest food already
taken in, and if it doesn't digest it effectively, your body
will start to store fat, rather than burn it. The same goes
for passing over meals. I used to skip breakfast, with the
mentality that by so doing, I would lose weight. This is
incorrect! When the body is famished, it stores up fatty
tissue to keep up its energy levels.
