Step 7 - Keep out of the kitchen after 6pm.

Your body needs to digest food already taken in, and if it doesn't digest it effectively, your body will start to store fat, rather than burn it. The same goes for passing over meals. I used to skip breakfast, with the mentality that by so doing, I would lose weight. This is incorrect! When the body is famished, it stores up fatty tissue to keep up its energy levels.
